How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Most custom orders are handcrafted and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout if you need your glow sooner.
What is the difference between traditional glass neon and LED neon?
Our LED neon signs are made from high-quality flexible silicone tubing. They are more durable, energy-efficient, and safer than traditional glass neon as they do not break or get hot to the touch.
Are the neon signs easy to install at home?
Yes! Every Voodoo Neon sign comes with a pre-drilled acrylic backing and a full mounting kit. Installation is as simple as hanging a picture frame.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs and a 12-month warranty on outdoor signs, covering any electrical defects.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
We offer specialized weatherproofing for outdoor use. Please ensure you select the 'Outdoor' option during the design process to ensure your sign is protected against the elements.
What is your return policy?
Since our custom signs are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
